Although most people would like a nice place to live where it doesn't get too cold or too hot and the temps are just right, is there really a place like that in the US? Michigan has many beautiful sites to see. In the Upper Penninsula you'll find lots of waterfalls and places to go hiking. Surrounding the boarders of Michigan, you will find 4 of the Great Lakes that touch the state. Talk about the perfect summer vacation!! You can rent a house on one of the lakes so you can go swimming or boating anytime in the summer. Or you can go ice fishing in the winter or skiing on one of many ski resorts. We didn't even mention any of the museums and great malls for shopping. Michigan really has it all. Did you know that we have a beautiful fall here in Michigan? The colors are spectacular!
